Classic Baseball Cap made from X-Lite Microfibre which offers 30% less weight and a soft feel. Inner hatband is embedded with the cooling Hydro Cool* crystals to cool your forehead. The Cap is Teflon coated for stain and rain resistance and also coated with Bug Off insect repellent which uses Mentho Glycol, a natural repellent. Stitched brim and air vents in the crown. Offers good sun protection (UPF50+ / SPF30+) for areas covered. Velcro adjustable strip at the rear.

These hats will actively cool you. They contain special ‘water loving’ Hydro Cool crystals stitched into the front of the hat’s inner headband. If you need to cool down simply soak the front section of the headband in water for about 3 minutes - the crystals will absorb & retain the water. Put the hat on and feel the immediate cooling effect. Depending on the temperature the Hydro Cool crystals will keep cooling you for days & are fully re-useable – simply re- hydrate the crystals as above. The Hydro Cool crystals are non-toxic, non-flammable & non-hazardous.
