Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of postage and packing. Whilst all prices are valid at the time of publication, Sport a la Mode Ltd reserves the right to change our prices at any time.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to a customer of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfilment of an order. Sport a la Mode Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept any order at our sole discretion.
Please note that for large orders Sport a la Mode may choose initially to only fulfill part of that order.
The Sport a la Mode Ltd website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Sport a la Mode Ltd and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Sport a la Mode Ltd’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Sport a la Mode Ltd to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. Sport a la Mode Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Sport a la Mode Ltd cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions on the website or brochures. The mail order information and conditions shown on our website and in our brochures do not affect customers statutory rights.
Product and company names mentioned on our website and in our brochures may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Our website and brochure design, text, graphics and images are owned by Sport a la Mode Ltd and reproduction of any of these without permission is prohibited.
Returns Policy
We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us unworn, with labels intact and in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if required.
Following receipt of the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method as that used originally to purchase the goods. If the item was bought for you as a gift then you should ask the original purchaser to return the item to us so that we can refund them directly.
Please note we do not offer a free returns service and all return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return items by RECORDED DELIVERY and retain proof of purchase.
Free postage on any exchange will only apply to an item of the same product type being exchanged for a different size, leg length or colour. If you wish to exchange your returned item for a different product you will be required to pay postage at our standard postage rates.
If you need to return any item to us please complete the Returns Form on the back of the Delivery Note stating whether you require a refund or an exchange and enclose it with your parcel. Please ensure the parcel is packed securely and return it to:

We will contact you to confirm your return has been processed and you will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned goods by us.
Please note that should we send you the wrong goods in error, or if the goods are considered by us to be faulty, then the cost of return postage will be paid by us.

We aim to despatch goods within 5 working days of the order, so your goods should normally reach you within a week.

If the items are not in stock, or we anticipate a delay with stock currently on reorder, we will contact you asking whether you still wish to proceed with the order. and will specify a projected delivery date.
When a specific product is very popular and/or during sale/special offer periods, several customers could place orders for the same last item in stock at the same time. This might result in an item being displayed as available when it has just sold out. If this occurs with an order you place, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone and/or email to update you.
We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you to fulfil the order.
We use Royal Mail plus other Courier Services to deliver your orders promptly in a reliable and convenient manner. We provide full support and guidance with any late, or attempted, or failed deliveries. Please contact us with assistance in tracking the delivery of your order.
How to order

You can order safely, securely and with ease online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by adding the items you require to your shopping basket. As you shop you can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on "Cart Contents". When your order is complete, click on "Checkout" and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.
Your order will not be placed until you click on the “Send” button at the bottom of the order form. As your security is paramount to us your transaction will be encrypted and processed in a secure environment. Look out for the closed lock symbol in the bottom of your browser window to confirm the connection is secure when transferred to WorldPay from Royal Bank of Scotland, who process our secure online payments. When transferred and connected to the WorldPay website, there maybe a short delay between submitting your order and receiving a response. This response will confirm that your payment has been successful and will then transfer you back to Sport a la Mode's website.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will process your order, and a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. If the goods you order are not available, we may offer to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, we will cancel your order.

Sport a la Mode Ltd accepts cheques, postal orders or the following credit or debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Solo, JCB and Electron. We are unable to accept American Express or Diners Club payments. Please note that for orders from Western Europe we only accept credit card payments and orders must be made via our website, by telephone or by fax. We are unable to accept cash. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
After ordering customers have the right to cancel the order within seven working days, starting from the day after the goods are delivered, and receive a full refund within 30 days. Customers must notify Sport a la Mode Ltd either by letter, fax or email (telephone confirmation is not acceptable) and goods must be returned to us in good condition and at the customers expense. Sizing Information
All garment sizes quoted on our website and in our literature are UK sizes. Where a garment contains a US size label; e.g. Ashworth, Callaway, Cutter & Buck, we will send you the UK equivalent.
A US size 4 = UK size 8, US size 6 = UK size 10, US size 8 = UK size 12, US size 10 = UK size 14, US size 12 = UK size 16, US size 14 = UK size 18. For example, if you order a US Sourced garment in a UK size 16, you will receive a garment labelled US12.
Please take care when ordering Ashworth, Callaway, Cutter & Buck items if you already own other garments in their ranges to ensure you convert to the UK size when ordering either online or by phone. If in doubt please call Customer Services on 01590 641133 for guidance.
Garment sizes are specified for each item in the product description on the relevant product page. Please note garments may vary in size depending on the style, cut and design of each item, so if you require a close fit or prefer a looser fit please consider the sizing comments on each item. If in any doubt, please telephone us for assistance, we will be happy to help. This is important because sizing and cut not only vary by manufacturer, but a specific manufacturer's garments may vary slightly in sizing across a range. Customers are often tempted to purchase a specific garment in two sizes and then return one later - please contact us first if you unsure what the most suitable size is for a specific product. Similarly, if you wish to know the length of a specific garment, just ask us.
Guide to Measuring Yourself
Chest - measure around the fullest part of the bust
Waist - measure around the natural waistline keeping the tape measure comfortably loose
Hips - measure around the fullest part of the hips
To obtain your head size, place a tape measure on your forehead, positioned above the ears ensuring you measure the widest part of your head.
Descriptions
We take care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our clothes and accessories are correct on our website, and in our brochures, and match those supplied to us by our manufacturers. Whilst colour reproductions are as close as computer screens and printing permit, slight variations may occur.
