We aim to despatch goods within 5 working days of the order, so your goods should normally reach you within a week.

UK delivery of order value up to the value of £15: £1.95 Standard Delivery, £2.95 First Class Delivery
UK delivery for order value £15 - £50: £2.95 Standard Delivery, £3.95 First Class Delivery
UK delivery for order value over £50: £3.95 Standard Delivery, £4.95 First Class Delivery
Western Europe & Eire Standard delivery - £6.95 (Please note UK excludes Eire)
If the items are not in stock, or we anticipate a delay with stock currently on reorder, we will contact you asking whether you still wish to proceed with the order. and will specify a projected delivery date.
When a specific product is very popular and/or during sale/special offer periods, several customers could place orders for the same last item in stock at the same time. This might result in an item being displayed as available when it has just sold out. If this occurs with an order you place, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone and/or email to update you.
We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you to fulfil the order.
We use Royal Mail plus other Courier Services to deliver your orders promptly in a reliable and convenient manner. We provide full support and guidance with any late, or attempted, or failed deliveries. Please contact us with assistance in tracking the delivery of your order. |
