We are a specialist dedicated Ladies Mail Order clothing company. We sell a wide range of ladies clothing, headwear and gloves that are Golf and Tennis orientated, as well as other performance clothing. Much of our golf clothing range may be worn as ladies fashion, leisure and casual wear, and many of our customers buy our ladies golf clothing as general fashion apparel. We also sell a wide range of Ladies Sun and Rain Fashion Hats, together with a range of co-ordinating Hats, Gloves and Scarves.

Our Company has become successful for three specific reasons. Firstly we have enjoyed substantial repeat purchases from existing customers, and secondly have consistently attracted new business from personal recommendation. Thirdly, our Company Owner is a fanatical golf and tennis player, and many of our products are 'road tested' by either her or her friends to evaluate their suitability on both the golf course and the tennis court. Our philosophy is to market items that we like, rather than just because they are available, so we won't stock products that don't meet our criteria.

1. We process your order promptly and efficiently, including dealing fully with any queries or concerns you may have, keeping you informed throughout the delivery process, as we want to ensure that you become a satisfied new customer.

How We Operate
- We are a dedicated Mail Order business with no shops or other outlets to distract us. We offer a personal service and can offer you help and guidance based on your personal requirements.
- We sell an extensive range of clothing and fashion items, of which the majority is already in stock, with the remainder on reorder.
- We don't hide behind a website. We are happy to answer any queries or questions you may have during office hours by calling our Customer Services Team on 01590 641133. We will answer both your emails and phone messages promptly.
- We don't advertise goods that we do not stock or cannot order.
- We make every effort to keep our delivery costs as low as possible.
- We update our website daily, which is linked to our stock control system.
- We try hard to describe all our products clearly and accurately so that potential customers are not misled. This is why we photograph all of our product range ourselves, so you have every opportunity to carefully examine and compare products on a consistent basis before you purchase.
- We listen and act on our customer feedback, which we actively seek via our Customer Feedback Form.
