We are a specialist dedicated Ladies Mail Order clothing company. We sell a wide range of ladies clothing, headwear and gloves that are Golf and Tennis orientated, as well as other performance clothing. Much of our golf clothing range may be worn as ladies fashion, leisure and casual wear, and many of our customers buy our ladies golf clothing as general fashion apparel. We also sell a wide range of Ladies Sun and Rain Fashion Hats, together with a range of co-ordinating Hats, Gloves and Scarves.

Our Company has become successful for three specific reasons. Firstly we have enjoyed substantial repeat purchases from existing customers, and secondly have consistently attracted new business from personal recommendation. Thirdly, our Company Owner is a fanatical golf and tennis player, and many of our products are 'road tested' by either her or her friends to evaluate their suitability on both the golf course and the tennis court. Our philosophy is to market items that we like, rather than just because they are available, so we won't stock products that don't meet our criteria.

1. We process your order promptly and efficiently, including dealing fully with any queries or concerns you may have, keeping you informed throughout the delivery process, as we want to ensure that you become a satisfied new customer.

- We are a dedicated Mail Order business with no shops or other outlets to distract us. We offer a personal service and can offer you help and guidance based on your personal requirements.

- We are a ladies only specialist, aside from Gentlemen's Golf Trousers.
- We don't hide behind a website. We are happy to answer any queries or questions you may have during office hours by calling our Customer Services Team on 01590 641133. At busy times, if we are unable to take your call you will be asked to leave a message on our ansaphone. Alternatively please email us at admin@sportalamode.com. We will answer both your emails and phone messages promptly.

- We update our website daily, which is linked to our stock control system.
